Management Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analyses and recommendations
• Support organizational trainings and document current-state processes to identify gaps and propose improvements
• Manage and execute educational webinars, including planning, coordination, and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or business
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or program operations
• Experience in conducting program assessments and developing actionable recommendations
• Proven ability to coordinate meetings and manage documentation for virtual trainings or webinars
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
