Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst to support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and improve education-to-the-field program operations through analysis and recommendations
• Support organizational trainings and document current-state processes across relevant offices
• Manage and execute recurring educational webinars, ensuring effective coordination and documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as health administration, public health, or business
• 4+ years of relevant experience in project management, research administration, or process improvement
• Experience in conducting assessments of program effectiveness and developing actionable recommendations
• Familiarity with coordinating meetings, virtual trainings, or webinars
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
