Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development, a Management Analyst will provide project management and administrative support, ensuring compliance with research regulations, in a fully remote, part-time or full-time capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for research committees, including creating agendas, taking minutes, and entering data into IRBNet
• Process and evaluate research proposals involving hazardous materials, ensuring compliance with safety guidelines
• Coordinate communication between research committees and conduct audits of regulatory documents

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, or biomedical sciences
• 4+ years of project management and research oversight experience in a healthcare environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
