Job Summary
Supporting the Non-Profit Program Office within the Department of Veterans Affairs, the full-time remote Management Analyst will assist with program operations, compliance monitoring, stakeholder coordination, and reporting activities related to VA-affiliated nonprofit corporations.
Key responsibilities
- Support program administration and operational activities for VA-affiliated nonprofit corporations
- Coordinate communications and information requests among NPPO staff, nonprofit corporations, and stakeholders
- Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and briefing materials for leadership and stakeholders
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, healthcare administration, finance, accounting, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in program operations, compliance activities, project coordination, or administrative analysis
- Experience coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders and managing competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
