Management Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the Department of Energy's Office of Critical Minerals and Energy Innovation, the full-time Management Analyst will advise on strategic matters, assist with program operations, and provide executive support to high-priority initiatives in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Advise and assist AMMPTO on strategic matters and tools to implement its mission and vision
• Support day-to-day operations, including budget management and project oversight
• Provide executive support for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring deadlines and budgets are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, public policy, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of proven government or government contracting experience, preferably within CMEI
• Experience in building and growing dynamic technical teams and developing guiding documents
• Familiarity with critical materials/minerals supply chains or related areas
• Must be a U.S. Citizen
