Job Summary

Supporting health system transformation initiatives, the full-time Management Analyst will assist in implementing the Emergent Suicide Care benefit for the Department of Veterans Affairs, focusing on program analysis, strategy development, and stakeholder coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct research and structured reviews to evaluate program performance and provide actionable recommendations
• Support day-to-day program execution by tracking deliverables and coordinating activities across team members and stakeholders
• Prepare and present findings and analyses in client-facing meetings, ensuring clear communication with diverse audiences

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant professional experience in management consulting, healthcare administration, or related fields
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the United States
