Management Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Homeland Security team, the full-time Management Analyst will anticipate client needs, drive project workstreams, and deliver polished executive deliverables while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Drafting position descriptions, policies, and process workflows to support organizational knowledge management
• Maintaining SharePoint sites for secure file management and up-to-date content
• Collaborating across teams to facilitate client meetings and develop organizational communication products

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resource Management, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a government consultant or support contractor
• At least 2 years of experience with tools such as Adobe In-Design and Camtasia
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SharePoint
• U.S. citizenship with the ability to pass a background investigation; DHS clearance preferred
