Management Analyst

Job Summary

Providing enterprise-level management analysis and operational support, the full-time Management Analyst III will analyze EHR workloads, develop analytical dashboards, and facilitate IT governance meetings within the ICE Health Service Corps' Health Information Technology Unit.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior analytical support for operations, performance, and readiness within HITU
• Analyze EHR workloads and operational metrics to inform leadership decision-making
• Develop and maintain analytical dashboards and reporting products for Government-managed systems

Required qualifications

• Advanced experience in operational analysis and performance tracking for large-scale programs
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate operational workloads and system usage trends
• Expertise in developing program metrics, dashboards, and management reports
• Experience facilitating governance meetings and documenting decisions
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DHS/ICE fitness determination and execute a DHS Non-Disclosure Agreement
