Management Analyst - EHR Support

Job Summary

Supporting the Office for the Sustainment & Implementation of Research EHR Solutions, the full-time remote Management Analyst - EHR Support will coordinate research study build and maintenance activities, manage stakeholder communications, and maintain tracking tools to ensure effective implementation of the EHR system across the VA research enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Support implementation and sustainment activities for research-related EHR solutions
• Administer surveys and site assessments to identify research study requirements
• Coordinate communication among stakeholders and maintain accurate project documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in program operations, healthcare operations, or clinical research
• Hands-on experience with REDCap for database maintenance and data management
• Experience in gathering requirements and coordinating operational workflows
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
