Job Summary
A company is looking for a Management Analyst II to support force development and personnel analysis efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze current and future force structure requirements and support development of Force Design Updates (FDUs)
- Extract, analyze, and interpret data from various personnel systems and develop reports to support decision-making
- Prepare analytical reports and coordinate with stakeholders to provide expertise in personnel and force design
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Active Secret clearance
- 4+ years of experience in force development, manpower analysis, or personnel systems
- Experience with Army personnel systems and data tools
