Job Summary
A company is looking for a Management Analyst III (Disability) to support the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Office of Civil Rights (OCR).
Key Responsibilities
- Provide project management and develop processes to improve OCR's disability portfolio
- Conduct policy and regulatory analysis on OCR's disability portfolio and provide recommendations
- Support outreach activities and interface with governmental staff and stakeholders regarding OCR's disability initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Law degree (J.D.) or Master's degree from an accredited university, plus three years of specialized experience in disability discrimination
- Expert understanding of disability discrimination and service needs of individuals with disabilities
- Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance level II
- Experience in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with strong analytical skills
- Understanding of the public health or healthcare system
