Management Analyst III (HIPAA)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Analyst III (HIPAA) to support the Department of Health and Human Services Office of Civil Rights.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide advice on policy, compliance, and enforcement mechanisms related to HIPAA Privacy and Security Rules
• Recommend improvements for OCR's HIPAA and Cybersecurity projects and coordinate evaluations of program efficiencies
• Conduct project management and develop processes for compliance and enforcement regarding case investigations and resolutions

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Sciences, or a comparable field, with three years of specialized experience
• Expert understanding and implementation of HIPAA policies
• Ability to obtain and retain a Public Trust clearance level II
• Experience in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment
• Understanding of the public health or healthcare system/field
