Job Summary

Delivering high-quality project management for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development, the full-time remote Management Consultant will provide administrative support, coordinate research committees, and manage research proposals while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative and programmatic support for the VA Research Office and various research committees
• Process and track research proposals involving human and animal subjects, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements
• Conduct audits of regulatory documents and provide training on IRBNet to VA research staff and investigators

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health administration, public health, or biomedical sciences
• 4+ years of relevant project management, research, and/or IRB experience in a healthcare environment
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S
