Management Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Management Consultant.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide management consultation to enhance employee wellbeing and workplace effectiveness
• Coordinate critical incident response requests
• Complete management referral intakes, provide guidance, and monitor employee compliance and feedback

Required Qualifications:

• LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Psychologist with minimum of 3 years experience
• SAP qualified preferred
• CEAP certification preferred
• Supervisory experience and/or experience working with management and human resource professionals
• Crisis management and SUD experience
