Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of ACO Performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Own medical group performance towards targeted metrics and develop strategic action plans to close performance gaps
• Analyze provider performance data to generate insights and identify opportunities for improvement
• Build and maintain relationships with provider leadership and resolve performance challenges

Required Qualifications

• Experience working in an ACO/managed care organization required
• 5-7 years of experience in a healthcare operations role
• Recent experience managing medical group performance in value-based care
• Demonstrated experience in using data to develop and launch initiatives
• In-depth understanding of roles within a provider's office and ability to build stakeholder relationships
