Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Actuarial Analyst - Life Product Implementation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor actuarial analysts to achieve departmental objectives and ensure accurate and efficient tools
• Manage team operations, including hiring, performance evaluations, and project prioritization
• Identify opportunities for process automation and lead projects to enhance departmental efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent preferred
• Minimum 8-9 years of relevant experience in actuarial concepts and data analytics, preferably in life insurance or annuities
• Proven ability to lead projects and manage teams effectively
• Strong systems skills, including experience with Visual Basic, Excel, Access, and macros
• Demonstrated effective leadership and motivational skills
