Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager of Advisor Succession and Acquisitions.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and strategic direction to a team of consultants for transition strategies and initiatives
- Develop and implement succession and acquisition planning programs aligned with organizational objectives
- Guide financial advisors through succession and acquisition planning scenarios to ensure seamless transitions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; advanced degree or designation preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, focusing on succession planning or mergers and acquisitions
- At least 3 years of experience in coaching and leading teams
- In-depth knowledge of succession planning, practice mergers, and acquisition best practices
- Ability to analyze trends in advisor succession and acquisition planning to inform strategies
