Manager Agentic AI
Job Summary
Leading the Agentic AI engineering team, the full-time Manager Agentic AI will contribute to the design and operation of a shared AI platform while shaping its technical direction and ensuring adoption across product teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Agentic AI engineering team through goal setting, feedback, and performance management
- Contribute to the design, implementation, and operation of the Agentic AI platform while ensuring high engineering quality
- Translate product and engineering needs into reusable platform capabilities, fostering collaboration across teams
Required qualifications
- Strong production software engineering experience in Python, TypeScript, Java, or similar languages
- Demonstrated experience in leading and developing engineering teams, including performance management and technical ownership
- Experience building platforms or shared services with sound judgment on abstractions and operational responsibilities
- Experience designing or building production AI systems, particularly with large language models and agentic workflows
- Undergraduate, Master's degree, or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields
