Manager, Agentic Commerce

Job Summary

To support the launch readiness and operational enablement of Agentic Commerce capabilities, the full-time Manager, Agentic Commerce will manage go-to-market planning, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support end-to-end go-to-market planning, including segmentation and launch readiness for Agentic Commerce Solutions
• Partner cross-functionally to facilitate execution across Product, Technology, Risk, Legal, and Operations teams
• Manage delivery timelines, risks, and dependencies for assigned initiatives or components

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in payments, platform, or product-related roles with exposure to go-to-market and operations
• Fluency in core go-to-market principles, including segmentation and value proposition definition
• Foundational understanding of governance, risk, and compliance considerations within financial services
• Strong program management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience supporting the launch readiness or operationalization of new products or capabilities
