Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Strategic Alliance Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage day-to-day health plan relationships to ensure product delivery and service expectations are met
• Support the development and execution of Annual Strategic Account Plans for assigned partnerships
• Deliver partnership reporting, analyze results, and provide insights for improved service delivery and member outcomes

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2-4 years of relevant professional experience
• Experience in driving relationships, executing process improvement, and achieving targeted outcomes in a business setting
• Ability to collaborate and execute effectively in a highly matrixed environment
• Comfort with change, uncertainty, and autonomy in a fast-paced environment
