Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Alliance Partnership (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a team of Channel Account Managers supporting the Corporate Sales organization
- Execute channel strategies aligned with Corporate Sales objectives and monitor team performance metrics
- Ensure collaboration between Channel Account Managers and Corporate Sales teams while providing coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
- 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization
- Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding of inside sales motions
- Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
