Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Alliance Partnership (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and develop a team of Channel Account Managers supporting the Corporate Sales organization
  • Execute channel strategies aligned with Corporate Sales objectives and monitor team performance metrics
  • Ensure collaboration between Channel Account Managers and Corporate Sales teams while providing coaching and mentoring
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of channel sales experience in cybersecurity or related technology field
  • 2+ years of people management experience, preferably in a channel organization
  • Experience working with inside sales teams and understanding of inside sales motions
  • Proven track record of team leadership and performance management
