Manager, ALM Data Analytics

Job Summary

Leading the ALM Data & Analytics function, the full-time Manager, ALM Data Analytics will oversee data governance, infrastructure, and analytical capabilities while working remotely to support Asset-Liability Management processes and modeling updates.

Key responsibilities

• Enhance and execute monthly data load processes and month-end reconciliation activities while collaborating with business partners
• Lead the process to identify, measure, monitor, and control interest rate risk with strong governance and controls
• Develop and implement scalable processes within the ALM framework for forecasting, risk management, and internal stress testing

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field
• 7+ years of analytical experience in Finance, Business, or a related field
• 3+ years of leadership or team management experience
• Expertise in database querying and data transformation (e.g., SQL, Python)
• Familiarity with ALM platforms (e.g., QRM, Empyrean) and financial reporting systems
