Key Responsibilities

Oversee analytics to support insights, A/B testing, and measurement for the Retail Media Network
Serve as a strategic advisor to business stakeholders and guide data-driven business decisions
Manage a team of analysts, ensuring high-quality analytical deliverables and career development

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Economics, Statistics, Liberal Arts, or related field
6-10 years of experience in analytics or a related field
Proficiency in SQL, R, Python, and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Qlik, PowerBI)
1-3 years of managerial experience
Experience with data model development and testing/optimization tools
