Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Analytics Platform Support to lead the technical support function for their data and analytics platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the Data and Analytics Support Desk, managing a team to resolve complex BI and data platform issues
  • Maintain hands-on involvement in support cases, contributing to ticket resolution and team mentorship
  • Drive SLA adherence and ensure strong technical standards across various data-related processes
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
  • 10+ years of experience in data, analytics, or BI platform environments with leadership experience
  • Advanced SQL expertise and hands-on experience with modern cloud data warehouses like Snowflake
  • Experience managing distributed teams and familiarity with incident management in SLA-driven environments
  • Customer service experience in a customer-facing role is essential
