Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, AP Contributions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee timely processing of weekly and monthly contribution dues
  • Analyze reporting requirements and collaborate with IT for enhancements
  • Track and manage AP contributions ticketing system and address reporting errors

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working with unions, guilds, and fund offices preferred
  • Flexibility, self-motivation, and ability to work independently
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office - Excel and Word
  • Proficient knowledge and utilization of payroll systems and ERP (Oracle preferred)
