Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Application Development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze complex business problems and design solutions using call center technology
  • Lead the integration of call center application Nice with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Define and guide the development teams in delivering Omni Channel solutions

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or Business Administration
  • 12+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect
  • 10+ years of experience with Contact Center applications (NICE) / Omni Channel technologies
  • Extensive contact center or customer service domain experience
  • Experience in working on an agile scrum team
