Lead the integration of call center application Nice with Salesforce Service Cloud
Define and guide the development teams in delivering Omni Channel solutions

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor or master's degree in computer science or Business Administration
12+ years of experience as a Senior Technical Lead or Architect
10+ years of experience with Contact Center applications (NICE) / Omni Channel technologies
Extensive contact center or customer service domain experience
Experience in working on an agile scrum team
