Manager, Associate Relations Investigator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Associate Relations Investigator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve various employment complaints, including harassment and discrimination
• Act as a consultant and coach for managers and associates on conflict resolution
• Document investigation plans and recommendations in a timely and high-quality manner

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of Human Resources, Legal, or Risk Management experience
• At least 3 years of investigation experience
• 5+ years of experience in a corporate environment is preferred
• Knowledge of employment law and practices is preferred
