Manager, BizOps & Strategy

Job Summary

To support the expansion into new verticals, the full-time remote Manager, BizOps & Strategy will manage the development of a new business line from concept to revenue-generating product, including market research, product building, and go-to-market strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Ramp on existing products by joining a product team to learn customer research, product specification, and iterative decision-making
• Build a new business by taking a target vertical from concept to launch, managing product incubation, testing, and scaling
• Interface with executive stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for new initiatives

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, high-growth startups, or similar environments
• Proven ability to independently manage ambiguous problems and deliver results
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel, or Python for data analysis
• Experience managing multiple complex work streams effectively
• Ability to engage with executive stakeholders regularly
