Manager, BPM Process Mining

Job Summary

To advance business process maturity across the organization, the full-time Manager, BPM Process Mining will establish and lead the enterprise BPM capability, focusing on governance, process architecture, and process intelligence while collaborating with business domain experts in a remote or onsite capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and lead the enterprise BPM capability, including vision, operating model, governance, and success metrics across business domains
• Define, maintain, and govern enterprise BPMN standards and process architecture to ensure consistency and scalability
• Partner with business domain SMEs to lead process discovery, validation, and target-state definition, ensuring enterprise alignment

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and relevant experience, or equivalent work experience
• Experience with large-scale enterprise platforms such as ERP, Order to Cash (O2C), or CRM systems
• Strong expertise in BPMN and end-to-end process architecture across multiple business process domains
• Proven ability to engage professionally with stakeholders at all organizational levels
• 8+ years of experience leading enterprise BPM, process excellence, or business transformation capabilities (preferred)
