Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

Advocate for the use of data across the organization
Ensure reporting excellence by modeling data and managing the BI layer
Manage the data analyst to support the BI team

Required Qualifications:

5+ years of BI, analytics, or data science experience
Experience working with multiple data sources and BI tools like Looker
Advanced data modeling skills with SQL proficiency
Proficiency with Snowflake and data modeling frameworks or tools like dbt
Experience in healthcare data space and knowledge of HIPAA practices is a plus
