Job Summary
Leading enterprise carrier download strategy, the full-time remote Manager, Carrier Download will drive adoption, improve data quality, and manage relationships with vendors and carriers to enhance operational efficiency across the organization.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the enterprise carrier download strategy, optimizing download capabilities across carriers and agencies
- Create and maintain a multi-year roadmap for download adoption aligned with growth and operational efficiency goals
- Serve as the subject matter expert for carrier download functionality, ensuring data quality and managing related processes
Required qualifications:
- 7-9+ years of experience in insurance operations, preferably in a Property & Casualty agency or brokerage
- Deep understanding of Agency Management Systems; Applied Epic experience preferred
- Extensive knowledge of carrier download processes and insurance operational workflows
- Experience managing external vendors and outsourced operations
- Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional initiatives involving operations, technology, and finance
