Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Case Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and mentorship to the Case Management Team
- Develop and maintain Case Management policies, procedures, and compliance standards
- Oversee Quality Assurance processes and drive continuous improvement in program outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in Case Management or related field
- 3+ years of management experience in Case Management or a health-related field
- 3 years of experience in a URAC accredited Case Management program
- Current Registered Nurse License and Certified Case Manager (CCM) Certificate preferred
