Job Summary
Managing a remote team, the full-time Manager, Casualty Claims will oversee personal and commercial auto claims, as well as premises liability and bodily injury claims, while driving operational excellence and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Coach and develop casualty resolution specialists, preparing them for future opportunities within the organization
- Ensure compliance with company policies and state Fair Claim Practices acts while managing claims operations
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to enhance claims processes and drive continuous improvement in service quality and efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university in insurance or business
- Experience as a claims resolution specialist or in a leadership position within the claims industry
- Professional insurance designations, such as CPCU, are strongly preferred
- Demonstrated leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and drive performance
- Thorough knowledge of commercial and personal casualty products and claims operations best practices
