A company is looking for a Manager, Category Promo and Offer Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead a multi-functional team to deliver promotional offer strategy
• Establish a Strategic Promotional Framework with Category Management to create promotional strategies by category
• Drive a CRM Promotional agenda that integrates customer data, channels of business, and promotional results to drive profitable retail business growth

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematical, statistical, or financial discipline
• Working knowledge of financial statements including profit and loss statements (P&Ls)
• 5 years of experience in promotions, pricing, financial analysis, or financial reporting
• 3 years of experience in leading cross-functional teams and projects
