Job Summary

Seeking a detail-oriented Manager, Cell and Gene Therapy in a fully remote, full-time role, who will manage service requests, support site-related workflows, and act as an escalation point for operational issues in complex CGT processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage service requests, case updates, and issue resolution activities to ensure timely outcomes for stakeholders
• Support site-related workflows by reviewing information, identifying gaps, and coordinating with relevant teams
• Serve as a point of escalation for site-related and operational issues, providing education and support to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, supply chain, life sciences, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in customer solutions, healthcare operations, or a related field
• Experience in supporting cross-functional stakeholders and managing service requests
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Salesforce, SAP, or related operational systems is preferred
