Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Certification Projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the process of POS terminal certifications from intake to L3 certification to handover for production pilot
• Facilitate the intake of new solutions for certification to host and EMV/Chip per card scheme requirements
• Schedule certification and support activities to ensure objectives are achieved

Required Qualifications:

• Experience managing POS terminal certifications and providing technical support to POS product providers and payment gateways
• Familiarity with host specifications and EMV processing
• Ability to identify risks early and craft solutions to mitigate delays
• Experience drafting and maintaining standard operating procedures for test scripts and processes
• Participation in requirements, design, and roll out of new products and services
