Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Coding Operations - Remote (Monday-Friday).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of ChargeMaster (CDM) and Charging Systems development and maintenance
• Oversee audit maintenance to ensure compliance and accuracy of CDM and Charging Systems activities
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure consistency in charge capture processes and regulatory compliance

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• BS in Health Information Management, Health Informatics, Health Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master's preferred
• Six years of experience in the healthcare industry, including two years in a supervisory role
• Certification as RHIA, RHIT, CCS, or CPC required
• Epic certification or proficiency in CDM required within six months of hire
• Extensive knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT/HCPCS coding principles and guidelines
