Manager, Client Delivery

Job Summary

Leading a team of technical consultants and business analysts, the full-time remote Manager, Client Delivery will manage client relationships and oversee the implementation of life reinsurance solutions while ensuring quality delivery of services and adherence to internal processes.

Key responsibilities

• Managing and training staff to ensure quality delivery of software and services to clients
• Developing and managing testing protocols to ensure systems and modified code are adequately tested and delivered without defects
• Overseeing the collection, documentation, and analysis of business requirements for client projects

Required qualifications

• College or University Degree or equivalent work experience
• 8+ years of overall insurance experience with proven knowledge of life insurance and annuity accounting concepts
• 7+ years of experience in a senior life insurance or reinsurance role
• 5+ years of management experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint
