Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the delivery of solutions to clients within defined time frames, overseeing all aspects of business engagement from initiation to completion
  • Develop and execute business strategies, optimizing engagement execution and personnel management for optimal target utilization
  • Cultivate enduring business relationships with clients, identify and pursue new profitable opportunities, and act as a key day-to-day liaison for engagements

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience in account management or client engagement roles
  • Demonstrated ability to drive business results and achieve target goals
  • Proven track record of managing engagement profitability and resource allocation
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Previous experience in team leadership and mentorship
