Job Summary

Managing compensation administration teams for global mobility clients, the full-time Manager, Client Financial Services will oversee a team of specialists, ensuring quality service delivery and effective communication with HR/Payroll teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the management of compensation processes, including global cost projections and payroll reconciliations
• Forge strong internal and external relationships, participating in client meetings and resolving service issues
• Mentor and develop team members, promoting a positive work environment and managing performance appraisals

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; university degree in business or related field preferred
• Experience in an accounting firm or professional group managing expatriate compensation
• 3+ years of experience leading compensation and/or payroll teams
• Ability to document and train process flows in a high-volume environment
• Demonstrated cultural sensitivity and ability to operate in diverse business environments
