Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Operations in the USA

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, train, and manage the Client Operations team
  • Analyze and report on customer satisfaction insights and trends
  • Represent the company to customers for all Production-level incidents and escalations

Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of Client Operations experience or Client Support experience
  • 3+ years of team management experience
  • Strong Jira Service Management experience required
  • Strong technical understanding of data products and APIs
  • US-based with availability during eastern time zone hours
