Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Client Services (Southwest).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Account Managers focused on client retention and revenue growth
• Set and evaluate quarterly revenue targets to ensure team performance and accountability
• Serve as a senior point of contact for major client initiatives and provide strategic consultation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing high-performing teams
• 5+ years of experience in account management or campaign strategy within programmatic advertising
• Deep understanding of Real-Time Bidding (RTB) and programmatic advertising
• Strong track record of managing senior client relationships and driving revenue growth
• Proactive and solutions-focused leader in a fast-paced environment
