Job Summary

Leading the development and implementation of educational strategies for EHR and clinical technologies, the full-time remote Manager Clinical Informatics Education will manage teams focused on training, communication, and project management to enhance the effective use of information technology in healthcare settings.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of educational materials and change communication for clinical informatics
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage training environments and resources, ensuring effective project execution
• Evaluate educational programs and deliverables to promote optimal adoption and utilization of clinical information systems

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, Informatics, healthcare, or equivalent experience
• 6 years of education experience in an information services or training setting, with 3 years in a management role
• 4 years of leadership experience in healthcare information services operations
