Manager, Clinical Systems Integration

Job Summary

To lead the interoperability function, the full-time Manager, Clinical Systems Integration will manage interface strategy, oversee a team of developers, and ensure data accuracy across EHR, RIS, PACS, and external systems in a remote role with initial onboarding in Minnesota.

Key Responsibilities

• Shape and execute interface strategy by aligning customer insights, business needs, and technology innovation
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team while overseeing project execution and delivery throughout the interface development lifecycle
• Monitor daily interface operations, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution in line with service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of experience with Agile/iterative development or consumer-facing application development
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with interoperability tools (preferably Mirth Connect)
• 3+ years of engineering management experience with direct reports
• Experience using Azure DevOps or similar work tracking tools
