Manager, Clinical Trial Training Operations

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Clinical Trial Training Operations - West Coast.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver phase I-IV clinical trials, including budget oversight and project tracking
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop rater training curriculums and materials for clinical trials
• Lead and mentor a team of Rater Training Associates and Coordinators, ensuring quality control and performance management

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in psychology or a related scientific field, or relevant professional experience
• 4+ years of clinical trial management experience with a BS/BA, or 2+ years with a graduate degree
• 2+ years of direct supervisory experience
• Understanding of neuropsychological tests and patient-reported outcomes
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general awareness of information technology concepts
