Manager, Cloud Engineering

Job Summary

Leading the Shared Services team within Cloud Engineering, the full-time Manager, Cloud Engineering will manage a remote team, oversee application infrastructure across Azure and AWS, and ensure the delivery of reliable, scalable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a team of engineers, conducting performance reviews, hiring, and career development in a remote environment
• Own the technical roadmap for shared cloud infrastructure, balancing reliability with long-term improvements
• Set and enforce standards for infrastructure-as-code and ensure operational readiness

Required qualifications

• 8+ years in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Infrastructure Engineering, with at least 3 years managing engineers directly
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS, Kubernetes, and cloud security fundamentals
• Experience implementing and running critical production-level SaaS products with high availability requirements
• Familiarity with FedRAMP-authorized environments
• Experience with Agile methodologies and Azure DevOps
