Manager, Commercial Data Strategies

Job Summary

Leading a team in the fully remote role, the Manager, Commercial Data Strategies will oversee data systems and analysis projects that support the Commercial organization, focusing on data integrity, strategic alignment, and effective sales execution.

Key responsibilities

• Provide leadership and mentorship to associates within the Commercial Data Strategies organization, ensuring they meet business objectives
• Collaborate with IT and business partners to define and gather business requirements, ensuring effective data governance and integration
• Identify data gaps and establish aligned standards across multiple business units to support accurate and timely data delivery

Required qualifications

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree; MBA or MS preferred
• At least 5 years of work experience in a related field, with a minimum of 3 years in people management
• Strong data management experience and proficiency in analytical tools like TABLEAU, Qlik, or COGNOS
• Experience in developing training materials and leading testing strategies
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
