Manager Commercial Execution

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Commercial Execution & Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the vertical execution operating system for annual planning and execution cadence
• Design KPI architecture and lead monthly tracking and quarterly operations reviews
• Act as a bridge between various teams to ensure aligned planning, execution, and measurement

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in management consulting or in a strategy/execution leadership role
• Strong strategic problem-solving skills with the ability to design frameworks and drive execution
• Experience in orchestrating cross-functional initiatives involving commercial or operations teams
• Proven ability to lead KPI governance and operational review processes
• Exposure to M&A diligence or integration is a plus
