Job Summary

Driving critical business activities, the full-time Manager, Commercial Insights will develop and execute sales compensation and quota, monitor sales and clinical training performance, and create analytics to support sales strategies in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain the US pricing and rebate model, providing detailed reporting on net ASP and rebate analyses
  • Build compensation plans and track field performance for the US sales and clinical teams, ensuring accuracy in variable compensation analyses
  • Create sales analytics, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into sales performance for better business planning
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum eight (8) years of experience in sales operations, business strategy, and/or financial planning
  • Previous field sales experience preferred
