Key Responsibilities

• Manage incoming Complex Litigation workflows to ensure all client standing orders, preferences, and expectations are met
• Oversee key fulfillment processes including resource planning, reporter relations, and client communications
• Perform quality control checks to verify accuracy and compliance of work performed by team members

Required Qualifications

• Three years of legal industry or law firm experience; workflow volume management experience preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
• High school diploma required
